By contacting Top Quality Auto Services, we enter into a partnership built on honesty, integrity, and trust. To ensure a safe and transparent experience for everyone, please note the following:

Roadside Service & Safety: We provide mobile mechanical repairs and roadside assistance (battery jumps, tire changes, and fuel delivery); we do not provide towing services. For the safety of our technicians and our customers, we reserve the right to decline service if a vehicle is located in an area deemed too hazardous for on-site repair (e.g., narrow freeway shoulders or unstable ground). All responsibility for personal safety remains with the owner/customer while on-site; we strictly require that you maintain a safe distance from the vehicle and the technician during all roadside operations.

Estimates & Authorization: Per California BAR standards, no work will begin without a provided written estimate and your express authorization. We will never exceed the quoted price without your additional consent. Our recommendations are made with your safety in mind; while there is no obligation to follow them, they are provided to ensure the reliability of your vehicle and your “return to service” safety.

Parts & Environment: You are entitled to the return of all replaced parts if requested at the time of authorization. We handle all fluids and components with ‘Aviation-Grade’ care, ensuring all hazardous waste is disposed of according to Ventura County environmental regulations.

Liability: While we honor our work under the guides of excellence, Top Quality Auto Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or secondary failures resulting from the vehicle’s original breakdown.
